Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and promotes diversity in STEM education.

  • Esports knowledge: Have an understanding and passion for the growing Esports industry and knowledge of the educational pathways within the business and how to integrate them into the LFC Foundations school provisions.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of STEM programmes and initiatives, collecting feedback and data to measure impact. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate programme outcomes, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Personal Development: Stay up to date with current STEM trends and advancements in STEMs role within the education landscape and the sports industry. Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities, conferences, and networking events.
