About the role Responsible for the delivery, co-design, resource development, and continuous improvement of onsite, virtual, and online based STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) and emerging technology programs for secondary students, and professional development for teachers and industry professionals. You will: deliver and document engaging and innovative programs; coordinate the preparation and maintenance of teaching and learning resources; review, modify and continuously improve programs; conduct professional development training and information sessions; and collaborate with internal and external colleagues, teachers and industry representatives About you You will have demonstrated experience in designing, developing and delivering engaging education programs as well as some technical expertise in a range of sciences, technologies and/or software. You will also understand STEM education principles within an educational context. You will possess: an understanding and application of 21st century learning/teaching and STEM education principles; demonstrated ability to facilitate a supportive and productive learning environment; demonstrated experience in applying information and communication technologies to the teaching and learning process; and strong collaboration, communication and public relations skills All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
