Step Into Teaching are supporting a Secondary school in Altrincham who are seeking STEM Graduate Teaching Assistants.
If you hold a degree in Science, Maths, or another STEM Subject then this could be the ideal position for you. The school are looking for graduates that are enthusiastic about mathematics and have a genuine desire to better the educational outcomes of the pupils they work with.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR YOUR ROLE:

• Support classroom activities and assist in delivering Science and/or Mathematics lessons to students of various age groups and abilities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group tuition to students who need additional help, either inside or outside of class time.
• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
• Help to monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with homework and assignments.
• Assist with administrative duties related to student progress tracking and classroom organisation.
