About the Team:  Brimbank Tech School, hosted by Victoria University and funded by the Victorian Department of Education, delivers innovative learning programs that connect schools, industry, and emerging technologies. The Tech School provides hands-on STEM experiences for secondary students across the Brimbank region, helping them develop the skills required for the future of work. The team works collaboratively with partner schools, industry experts, and university stakeholders to design and deliver engaging programs in areas such as robotics, coding, IT, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Through a strong culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation, the team creates meaningful learning experiences that inspire young people to explore STEM pathways and solve real-world problems. About the Role:  The STEM Program Facilitator plays a key role in designing and delivering engaging STEM learning experiences for secondary school students and teachers. Working as part of a high-performing team, the role contributes to the development of innovative programs that integrate coding, robotics, digital technologies, and creative problem-solving. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of education, industry, and emerging technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with educators, industry partners, and community organisations to co-design impactful programs, facilitate workshops and learning experiences, and support the continuous improvement of Tech School offerings. The position is ideal for someone passionate about inspiring young people, working with technology, and helping students develop the skills needed for the future workforce.
