REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong background in STEM education with teaching or training experience.
• Passion for hands-on learning and student-centered teaching.
• Familiarity with robotics, coding languages, or makerspace tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM-related field, Education, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
• Prior teaching or curriculum development experience is highly desirable.

• Design and deliver engaging STEM lessons across multiple grade levels.
• Use project-based and experiential learning methods to teach critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrate subjects such as robotics, coding, engineering, and applied sciences into classroom instruction.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Explorers Academy curriculum and educational standards.
• Guide students in STEM projects, competitions, and exhibitions.
• Encourage collaboration, teamwork, and innovation in the classroom.
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
