POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking dynamic and passionate STEM Trainers for our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics & Coding and the ability to engage students effectively. Exceptional communication skills in English and a love for teaching young learners are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Robotics platforms (LEGO EV3, VEX, Arduino, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of block-based and text-based coding (Scratch, Python, etc.).
  • Fundamental understanding of AI concepts and their real-world applications.
  • Previous teaching experience in STEM education is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  • Passion for working with children and the ability to make complex topics engaging.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to adapt to different learning needs.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED):

  • Familiarity with STEM competitions (e.g., FLL, WRO).
  • Experience with educational tools and technologies (TinkerCAD, Robotics kits).
  • Ability to develop lesson plans and content for innovative STEM programs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and hands-on STEM lessons focused on robotics, coding, and AI concepts.
  • Design curriculum aligned with students’ learning levels, incorporating innovative teaching techniques.
  • Manage and facilitate practical activities, ensuring the safe and correct use of robotics kits and tools.
  • Inspire and motivate students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through real-world projects.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course offerings and student experiences.
  • Maintain classroom management, ensuring a positive and interactive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and address any learning challenges.
  • Coordinate with parents and provide periodic updates on students’ performance and achievements.
