Responsibilities

You’ll be helping to manage a service day to day for clients experiencing homelessness. You will also manage front line team members and develop their competence. You’ll resolve problems, address any people issues and makes sure the service upholds our high quality standards. At the same time, you’ll be there for your team, providing supervision, leading meetings and making sure everyone feels motivated. You will work closely with the team Manager to ensure that the service delivers on all targets to ensure a service that delivers the best outcomes for our clients is delivered.
