Job vacancy: Teller Your responsibility will be to conduct cashiering transactions with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to established policies and procedures, to fulfill customer needs while protecting the Bank's assets. In this role you will, Greet, assist and handle customer queries promptly; Carry out cashiering transactions in a timely and accurate manner; Perform till cash balancing at the end of the day; Address basic customer concerns and escalate more complex issues as needed; Comply with all relevant laws, codes, rules, regulations, procedures and standards of best working practice. To succeed, you will be required to demonstrate the following competencies: Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels; Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations; Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions; Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of: A completed Higher School Certificate with a pass in General Paper; A combination of both qualification & experience will be considered. You will required to demonstrate: Good oral and written communication skills (English & French); Good interpersonal skills and learning agility; A combination of both qualification & experience will be considered.
