This is a training position for employees that will be transitioning into a professional role.
Responsibilities
Learning the business in all aspects of the business. This is a business immersion program designed to train new employees for a professional role.
Rotational program that trains at mulitple sites.
Learn about Sales, Procurement, and Operations in order to go into one of those roles.
Complete an Executive Sponsored project.
Work with a Mentor to assist in the trainee's growth and development.
Qualifications
College degree in related fields
