Description About the Role Our busy orthodontic team is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to help keep our clinical operations running smoothly. This is a vital support role responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to make a difference and take pride in keeping things spotless and efficient, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Clean, disinfect, and sterilize all dental instruments and equipment following OSHA and CDC standards Maintain sterilization logs and ensure all infection-control protocols are followed Prepare instrument trays for clinical procedures Restock supplies in treatment rooms and sterilization area Clean chairs, counters, and equipment between patients Assist the clinical team with setup and breakdown of operatories Monitor inventory and notify team leads when supplies need reordering Support the flow of patients and clinical operations as needed What We’re Looking For Reliable, punctual, and organized with excellent attention to detail Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization procedures (training provided if needed) Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced orthodontic environment Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Prior dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required Why You’ll Love It Here Supportive, team-focused environment Opportunities for growth within the orthodontic field A meaningful role that contributes directly to patient safety and care
