We specialize in a range of surgical procedures and pride ourselves on innovation, excellence, and compassionate service.   Sterile Processing Tech at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center- Woodlands Parkway The Sterile Processing Technician cares for and maintains all surgical instrumentation and sets up supplies and instruments for surgery cases. Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED required. * Computer skills, required. * CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred. * Six months of experience, preferred. * 1-2 years experience as Instrument Room Technician preferred. * Experience with all types of sterilizers. * Knows operating room instrumentation. * Organized in setting up operating room instrument tray. * Understands operation of steam/ gravity sterilizer. * Understands Sterrad sterilizers. * Ability to prepare reports and keep records. * Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items is required. * Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed. * Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians.    Why Join Us? * Competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. * Work-life balance – predictable schedules with no weekend or holiday shifts for most positions. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.
