ABOUT YOU

What we are looking for:

  • Certificate III in Sterilisation Services (mandatory)
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including all shifts across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • A solid understanding of Work Health & Safety (WHS) and infection control principles within the CSSD environment
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, following the position description and hospital protocols
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with quality objectives and departmental standards

Responsibilities
  • Providing clean, sterile, and disinfected items and equipment to clinical departments across the hospital
  • Preparing for daily operations and managing sterile stock rotation and control within the Operating Suite’s sterile stock room
  • Reprocessing flexible endoscopes in a dedicated scope reprocessing room within Perioperative Service
