The Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Otago is seeking a motivated and reliable Sterilising technician/ assistant to join our Sterilising Services team. The role | Te mahi Our Sterilising Services Department is a fast-paced and essential service that supports both patient care and student learning within the Faculty of Dentistry. You will be responsible for the decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilisation, and distribution of dental instruments and equipment used throughout the Dental School's clinical and teaching programmes. Working closely with clinical and academic staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring instruments are processed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and infection prevention. The appointment range for the sterilising technician role is $63,508 to $68,185. Tope of range is $73,640. The appointment range for the sterilising assistant role is $59,494 to $63,000.
