Position Summary:The Dental Sterilization Technician is responsible for ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized according to industry standards and infection control protocols. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and sterile environment for patients and dental staff. The technician will work closely with the dental team to ensure that instruments are prepared and ready for use in a timely manner, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the dental practice.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in dental assisting or dental sterilization preferred.
  • Previous experience in a dental office or similar setting is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
Responsibilities
