OVERVIEW

We’re currently seeking a Sterilization Assistant to support our dental team and help ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control for our patients and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Previous dental or sterilization experience is required
  Hours will vary however 2 evenings per week and 2 Saturdays per month are required.

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize all instruments and equipment using approved protocols
• Monitor and document sterilization cycles and spore testing
• Maintain sterilization and treatment areas according to infection control standards
• Restock clinical areas with sterilized instruments and supplies
• Support clinical staff with room turnover between patients
• Assist with other general tasks as needed to maintain clinic flow
