Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a passionate and hard-working Sterilization Assistant to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our sterilization and infection control protocols, ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are disinfected and sterilized in accordance with best practices. You will be supporting our dental providers to deliver the safest and most effective care possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sterilization & Decontamination: Clean, sterilize, and assemble dental instruments and equipment
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock of clinical supplies; report low inventory
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of sterilization equipment and monitor sterilization cycles
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes and inventory logs
