Experience & Key Responsibilities: Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment following infection control and OSHA guidelines. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Transport, process, and package instruments for sterilization cycles. Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain accurate sterilization logs. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Requirements Prior dental sterilization or clinical support experience preferred. Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols in a dental setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment. Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
