Experience & Key Responsibilities: Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to OSHA and infection control standards. Prepare, package, and process instruments through sterilization cycles. Maintain sterilization logs and monitor sterilization equipment to ensure proper function. Assist the clinical team by preparing and resetting treatment rooms between patients. Maintain a clean, organized sterilization area and ensure proper inventory of supplies. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Requirements Previous sterilization or dental clinical support experience preferred. Knowledge of infection control procedures and sterilization protocols. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
