We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our busy practice! What You’ll Do: Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized. Maintain sterilization and disinfection logs according to OSHA and infection control standards. Prepare and set up operatories for patient care. Assist the clinical team by restocking supplies and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Support the flow of the clinic by helping where needed with equipment prep, lab work, or sterilization processes. What We’re Looking For: A team player with strong attention to detail and time management. Someone dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards. Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person! Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
