Requirements Previous dental or medical sterilization experience preferred Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols faithfully Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to patient care Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
