STERILIZATION TECHNICIAN – BAYSIDE FAMILY DENTAL

This is an important role that ensures our patients and team members enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment every day. You’ll be responsible for keeping our instruments, equipment, and operatories ready for patient care while following best practices in infection prevention.

• Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with infection control standards (IPAC)
• Prepare operatories before and after patient care to support smooth daily operations
• Assist the clinical team with equipment setup as needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone works together for patient care excellence
