Description

Responsible for ensuring all china and glassware is cleaned efficiently and promptly providing all facts of the dining venue available stock of silver and dish ware on a continual basis. Assigned to different workstations daily in different venues. Attention to even the smallest detail given to all food prep areas and equipment. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Minimum one year experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment. SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a valid driver's license, as well as maintaining a good driving record. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

The steward is responsible for ensuring all china and glassware is cleaned efficiently and promptly. They must provide continual updates on the available stock of silver and dishware in the dining venue.
