Job Description Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment. Keep the kitchen, storage areas, and workstations clean and sanitized. Dispose of waste and recycle materials properly. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
