Ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate to run the dishwashing machine, and complete proper documentation. Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas. Clean the dishwashing machine, including removing trash and spraying the inside of the machine, cleaning and unclogging the spray arms and jets, cleaning the outer surfaces of the machine and troubleshoot dishwasher malfunctions as required. Work with employees working on all shifts in order to distribute duties. Actively take part in all operations and ensure that operations are carried out seamlessly. Qualifications Education: At least a primary school diploma. Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience or 1 year of work experience in a lower position and experience with applying the main principles and/or different methods. Foreign Language: Not required. Courses and Training: Prior attendance in trainings in the related field. Computer Literacy: Not required Skills: Expected to possess advanced level of knowledge of standard work routines and general kitchen rules. Expected to perform simple, specific and standard tasks that are generally repetitive.
