Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction. Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment. Must be able to compute chemical usage. Standing up and moving about in the kitchen or other designated areas, handling objects, products, chemicals, cleaning supplies and utensils. A working knowledge of equipment and associated chemicals. Understanding of food safety and hygiene. Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications High school education certificate. Organized and a great team player. Previous experience as kitchen steward, preferably with hotels or restaurants.
