Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Collect and replace dirty water bottles with clean, sanitized bottles
• Label water bottles with the date of preparation and expiration
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of water bottles
• Plan and execute cleaning schedules for the water bottling station
• Use duty shift and water bottling station checklists to ensure tasks are completed
• Maintain knowledge of all water bottling station machines and ensure highest standard of drinking water for guests
• Ensure clean drinking water is available for daily operations
• Keep work area clean and organized, and reduce spoilage and breakage
• Understand and use different cleaning products and chemicals economically
• Securely sign out and return keys
• Inform stewarding supervisor of maintenance requirements, breakages, and machinery breakdowns
• Prepare and distribute water bottles to guests in the restaurant and meeting rooms
• Ensure water bottles are properly sanitized and stored
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
