Description We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Steward/Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. Stewards play a crucial role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the shift. This is a great entry point into the culinary world with opportunities to grow and learn alongside a professional kitchen team. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently and thoroughly. Ensure all items are properly organized and stored in designated areas.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including dish machines, floors, walls, and sinks. Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins as needed. Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as requested by the chef team. Follow all safety and sanitation standards and comply with health department regulations. Work as a team player to support smooth kitchen operations during and after service. Alert management to any equipment issues or safety concerns What We’re Looking For Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with the kitchen team. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
