Steward Are you hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards? We are looking for a Steward who will support kitchen and food & beverage operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized back-of-house environment. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. * Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, dishwashing areas, and back-of-house spaces. * Operating dishwashing machines and handling cleaning chemicals safely. * Supporting kitchen and F&B teams during service by ensuring timely availability of clean equipment. * Assisting with garbage disposal and waste segregation as per hotel procedures. * Ensuring compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards. * Storing cleaned items properly and maintaining organized storage areas. * Assisting during banquets and events as required. * Following hotel SOPs, safety guidelines, and cleanliness standards at all times. What we need from you: * Previous experience as a Steward or Kitchen Helper is an advantage. * Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures. * Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and handle cleaning tasks. * Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Basic communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage. * Honest, reliable, and a good team player. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Responsibilities
The Steward will support kitchen and food & beverage operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized back-of-house environment through cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas. Key duties include operating dishwashing machines, assisting F&B teams with clean equipment availability, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
