Join AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta, and lead our Stewarding team as a Steward Supervisor. In this role, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service within our culinary operations, ensuring that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining ware meet our quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the stewarding team to ensure compliance with all hygiene and sanitation standards. Manage and monitor the inventory of kitchen supplies and cleaning materials. Conduct training sessions for new staff about cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Organize and oversee the daily work schedules to meet the demands of the kitchen and restaurant operations. Participate in regular meetings with the culinary team to address operational challenges and develop strategies for improvement. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized. Monitor the financial aspects of the stewarding operation and work to achieve cost-saving goals. Min High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Food Safety or Hospitality is a plus. Min 3 years of experience in the related field Proven experience as a steward or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced setting
