Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Stewarding Attendant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia! We're seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our food and beverage operations. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of all surfaces in kitchen and dining areas Operate and maintain kitchen cleaning equipment effectively Keep floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstructions Assist in the proper storage and organization of kitchen utensils and equipment Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment Support the food and beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols Perform regular inventory checks of cleaning supplies and report shortages Assist in waste management and recycling initiatives Participate in deep cleaning schedules as required Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset Passion for maintaining a clean and safe working environment Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene principles Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods Proficiency in operating various kitchen cleaning equipment Time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for measuring cleaning solutions accurately Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
