Essential Functions: Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishware and flatware, ensuring proper storage. Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including ovens, steam kettles, mixers, drains, sinks, floors, and walls. Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen and pastry production areas and hallways. Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, and utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing procedures. Operate the silver burnishing machine safely to clean, polish, and maintain silver items; report and set aside damaged or worn pieces for repair. Handle and store all cleaning chemicals safely, using the correct protective equipment and following established safety procedures. Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact. Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment. Non-Essential Functions: Clean spills and messes promptly to maintain a safe work environment. Assist with inventory and storage of china, glassware, and silverware. Support the culinary team by plating and delivering food when required. Knowledge and Skills: Education: High school education or equivalent. Experience: Entry-level position; knowledge and skills are typically acquired through on-the-job training. Skills and Abilities: Ability to operate and maintain dishwashing machines, sinks, floor cleaning equipment, and silver burnishing machines. Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures. Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry heavy items safely. Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
