About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.   About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Coordinator to join the resort’s Stewarding team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Prepare information and reports for daily managers’ briefings. * Draft correspondence, prepare documents and photocopies, and issue all stewarding-related forms. * Translate documents as needed for daily briefings. * Maintain inventory of office supplies. * Monitor and prepare reports on departmental chemical usage. * Manage files, reports, letters, memos, business cards, and other relevant business documents. * Answer and screen telephone calls, transferring them to the appropriate Stewarding Manager. * Attend meetings and take minutes on behalf of the Executive Director Back of House. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and follow through on issues in a timely manner. * Perform duties assigned by the Executive Director Back of House. * Assist Stewards with annual leave applications. * Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. * Work collaboratively in a team environment. * Anticipate needs and take initiative to address them. * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Work independently with minimal supervision. * Interpret data and generate insights from training metrics analytically. * Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. * Interact professionally and positively with department and company team members, management, and contractors. * Foster strong relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communication. * Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. * Be culturally aware and capable of managing diverse teams in a dynamic environment. * Maintain a well-mannered and well-groomed appearance at all times, in line with department and company standards. * Follow health and safety standards and strive for continuous improvement to prevent health and injury hazards. * Keep the office clean and organized, and actively participate in the company recycling program by following strict discipline to reduce, reuse, and recycle wherever possible.   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * The minimum educational qualification required is the completion of an associate’s degree; higher academic credentials are considered an asset. * Due to gaming operations and associated regulatory requirements, the minimum age for employment is 21 years. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role; hotel industry experience is an advantage. * Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions. * Proactive and resourceful in identifying and resolving operational issues. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks and responsibilities. * Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative and team-oriented approach. * Proficiency in operational systems, scheduling tools, and performance analytics. * Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.   About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
