EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills required.
Ability to use office systems like Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing/supervising teams and schedules, including providing coaching, addressing performance issues, and applying disciplinary actions when necessary.
Experience promoting and maintaining positive workplace safety and culture, including familiarity with safe work practices, hazard reporting, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
