Job Description Rixos Phu Quoc is seeking a dedicated and organised Stewarding Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage operations team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of the resort’s kitchens and dining outlets by ensuring that all stewarding functions are carried out efficiently and in line with the highest hygiene and safety standards. The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the stewarding team across the resort’s restaurants, kitchens, and banquet facilities. Working closely with the Chief Steward and the wider Food & Beverage and Culinary teams, you will ensure that all kitchen equipment, utensils, glassware, chinaware, and cooking tools are properly cleaned, maintained, and readily available to support service operations. In this role, you will guide and support the stewarding team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to established procedures. The supervisor will monitor cleanliness standards in all back-of-house kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and storage areas, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and food safety regulations at all times. The position also includes coordinating daily stewarding operations, maintaining proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and ensuring that waste management and recycling procedures are followed. Supporting staff training, maintaining strong communication within the team, and fostering a positive working environment are important aspects of the role. Qualifications The successful candidate will have previous experience in stewarding or kitchen support operations within a high-volume Food & Beverage environment, ideally in a hotel or resort setting. Strong organisational skills, the ability to supervise and motivate a team, and a commitment to maintaining excellent hygiene and operational standards are essential for success in this role at Rixos Phu Quoc.
