Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations of the Stewarding Department, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met - Train, mentor, and evaluate stewarding staff to promote efficiency and professional growth - Assist with catering functions, including setup, breakdown, and ensuring proper handling of china, glass, and silverware - Maintain proper storage, inventory, and management of all dishware and utensils - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies - Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to support smooth operational flow - Monitor and uphold sanitation standards, including proper cleaning procedures and waste management Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in stewarding, food and beverage, kitchen maintenance, or related fields preferred - Prior supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment required - Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including long shifts and heavy physical work - Physical ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and perform heavy work tasks We foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values growth, professionalism, and excellence.
