Description Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for proper cleaning, storage, preparation, and maintenance of sanitation standards in the control and distribution of all food and beverage equipment, china, silver, and glassware, and other culinary operating equipment. Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment, ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations. Requirements Previous experience in a hotel steward supervisor role preferred. Working knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
