We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our Guest Engagement Team as Stewards for the winter season - with a key focus on supporting our magical Ice Rink. All successful applicants will be trained as Ice Stewards, so confidence on the ice and a willingness to skate is essential. Previous ice skating experience is desirable, but not required - we’ll provide full training.
At the Eden Project, no two conversations are ever the same. With hundreds of thousands of visitors each year, this is a vibrant and varied role like no other.
Our Stewards are essential to the daily running of Eden and provide exceptional guest engagement. You’ll work across different areas of the site - from welcoming guests at the entrance, to hosting the Rainforest Biome’s Lookout Experience and our seasonal ice skating activities. You’ll help manage the flow of guests, support the wider site team, and ensure health and safety is always a priority.
