We reside inside the Inn at Cape Kiwanda and are just across the street from Cape Kiwanda State park with fantastic ocean views just outside our front doors. We efficiently provide refreshing, artisanal products with authentic service, in a casual and inspiring atmosphere. We offer stay in and delivery to the hotel rooms for maximum guest satisfaction. Locals and visitors alike stop in before their first surf session of the day and in between laps at the nearby swimming pool and we are here waiting with coffee and beach bun in hand. The Stimulus Manager is accountable for managing daily operations, leading and managing FOH stimulus, managing labor and revenue, ordering supplies, completing all daily reporting, and adhering to company standards and service levels to increase sales. The manager collaborates with Pastry Chef to ensure a smooth operations. Key Accountabilities: Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and other specialty beverages per Stimulus Brand standards and within health guidelines. Managing and leading the Stimulus front of house Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage, and labor cost while maintaining the daily operations Good communication skills Requirements You own this if you have… Obtain a Food Handlers Card Oregon state approved. 1 year management experience- Preferred in a cafe/coffee shop environment. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work cohesively as part of a team. Skills to work independently, effectively manage own time. Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Skills to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written instructions, ingredients and recipes.
