As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), you’ll lead from the front - planning, coordinating, and delivering temporary traffic management across a variety of road environments. In this role, you will: * Lead day-to-day site operations, including crew briefings, inductions, and traffic management setup and pack-down  * Ensure all Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) are implemented and compliant  * Carry out vehicle and equipment checks and complete all required documentation  * Implement contingency plans and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards  * Train and mentor TTMWs, TMOs, and STMS trainees  * Act as the key on-site contact for stakeholders  * Keep your team, subcontractors, and the public safe at all times   Ngā pūkenga matua | What you’ll bring To be successful in this role, you’ll bring strong leadership capability and hands-on experience in TTM, along with: * Full Class 1 & 2 Driver Licences  * Current TTM Unit Standards (31958–31963)  * Proven experience leading TTM operations, including unattended sites  * Strong communication and team leadership skills  * A flexible approach to shift work  * A strong commitment to health and safety  * A proactive, performance-driven mindset  * First Aid certification (desirable)   Me pēhea ki te tono | How to apply   If you’re ready to step up and run your own sites, apply now with your CV and cover letter.
