You will be part of a crew overseeing traffic operations related to projects such as maintenance, construction, surfacing and civil works. You will ensure the safety of all staff, clients and the public. We're looking for someone with: Minimum Class 1 full licence, class 2 would be preferable Must have Level 1 STMS qualification with a minimum of one years’ experience as an STMS Ability to lead set up of temporary sites to provide a safe work environment for workers and the Public alike Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clear expectations to your team with regards to TTM Accountability for resources, including people management and supply allocation Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant job and work instruction Attention to detail alongside reactive and sharp problem-solving skills Ability to use IT devices, iPad/iPhone Take personal responsibility for the safety of your workmates, the environment, public and yourself Creating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
