JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including urgent care, long-term care, and memory care facilities. REQUIREMENTS

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Experience in urgent care, long-term care, home care, or memory care is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation processes is essential.
  • Previous experience working with children is a plus.
  • A compassionate demeanor and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and patient health information accurately.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, especially those in memory care or behavioral health settings.
  • Help with mobility assistance, including lifting and transferring patients safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.
  • Document patient interactions and care provided in compliance with medical office standards.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Support children’s healthcare needs when working in pediatric settings or Level I Trauma Centers.
