Description Stock Associate Koopman Lumber Location: Uxbridge, MA Pay: $16.00 - $17 per hour Schedule: Full-Time About the Role Koopman Lumber is hiring a full-time Stock Associate to support store operations and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key. What You’ll Do • Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise • Organize and maintain shelves, displays, and storage areas • Restock products and ensure shelves are faced and properly labeled • Assist with inventory counts and product rotation • Help keep the store clean, safe, and organized • Support customers with basic product questions and locating items • Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly Requirements What You Bring • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment • Strong attention to detail and organization • Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude • Reliable attendance and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications • Previous retail, warehouse, or stocking experience • Familiarity with building materials or hardware products Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
