Description Part-Time Stock Associate Opportunity in Sevierville Boot Factory Outlet in Sevierville is currently seeking a part-time Stock Associate. The position offers between 20 and 29 hours per week, providing an excellent opportunity for those desiring part-time employment with flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities: · Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise · Restock shelves and displays promptly · Assist with inventory and stock rotation · Keep the stockroom clean and organized · Work with team members for a smooth shopping experience · Quickly provide items to sales associates Requirements: · Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays · Good communication and customer service skills · High school diploma or GED · Ability to read, count, and complete documentation accurately · Attention to detail and strong organizational skills · Prior retail or stock experience a plus Requirements Essential Physical Requirements: (bending, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift) Ability to freely access all areas of the selling floor, stock area, and the ability to stand for entire shift. The ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the stock area, generally weighing 0 - 50 pounds.
