Description Position Title: Stock Clerk Salary Classification: Non-Exempt Summary: As a Stock Clerk, responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting a smooth flow of products within the organization. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our operational success. Schedule: 7am- 3:30pm JOB DUTIES - Include but are not limited to the following: Unpack and organize incoming items, specifying the types of items handled. Keep track of inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and update records promptly. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock movement, addressing discrepancies. Utilize forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment for efficient stock movement. Adhere to safety protocols, report security issues, and practice 6S principles. Communicate promptly with internal teams, providing inventory levels and materials, resolving inquiries, and addressing related issues. Demonstrate proficiency in using specific inventory management software and basic computer skills. Practice 6s Requirements Skills/Qualifications: Attention to detail. Safety management mindset Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, ability to handle small parts and components. Reliable attendance, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements: High school diploma or GED Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow established guidelines. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
