ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Stock Controller / Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll support the Stock Control Manager in maintaining 100% stock accuracy and optimising stock placement for efficient picking and dispatch. In parallel, you’ll provide hands-on assistance to our pharmacy team, ensuring the safe and effective handling of prescriptions and wholesale orders.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a regulated environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities.

️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform and reconcile regular stock counts and system updates
• Expedite and release backorders, especially high-priority items
• Monitor dispatch risks and take action to avoid delays
• Allocate and optimise product locations based on size, volume, and regulatory needs
• Oversee internal audits and support product recall processes
• Assist with labelling, dispensing, and prescription recordkeeping
• Pick, process, and pack wholesale orders
• Maintain communication across teams and ensure data accuracy
• Support product and specification accuracy on the website
