    The Stock Controller role is an integral & critical role in our dealership with responsibility for the efficient organisation & management of vehicle stock ensuring the smooth & timely delivery of Customer vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Stock and administration management
  • Co-ordination of Vehicle logistics & transportation
  • Preparation and processing forward order entry
  • Liaise with & prepare Pre-Delivery repair orders
  • Relationship building within the franchise network
  • Managing vehicle swaps with other dealers including organising transport, invoicing & raising purchase orders
  • Processing RDA on manufacturer’s portal
  • Involved with floorplan management
