Responsibilities

THE ROLE: COMPOUNDING STOCK CONTROLLER

A great opportunity has become available for a Stock Controller to join our Compounding Team in a Full-time, Permanent Contract on site at our Canning Vale Facility. You will be responsible for the following:
Pharmacy Operational Hours: 07:00 am - 18:00 pm

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining inventory/stock
  • Managing stores daily scheduling, meetings and ensuring training is rolled out to the stores team
  • Purchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centres and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)
  • Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs
  • Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed
  • Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Implantation of lean in store area
  • Organising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock
  • Entering bills into Coupa
  • Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary
  • Managing and Co-ordinating Monthly stock takes
  • Other pharmacy duties as required
