JOB DESCRIPTION – STOCK CONTROLLER & EXPORT ORDER COORDINATOR

We are looking to recruit a Fulltime hardworking Stock Controller & Export Order Coordinator to join our team, based at our factory site in Ashbocking.
In this role you will support production planning by ensuring the records of raw materials and finished goods are up to date and accurate aswell as supporting the Export Sales team in order processing and preparing documentation for shipments. You will report to the Site Manager and your responsibilities will include:

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or order processing
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/order management software (Sage)
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations
• Proactive and able to act on own initiative
• Experience of working in a food manufacturer would be beneficial
  Due to our location you will require your own transport.
  Full-time 40 hours per week – 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
