Our Dinmore facility is a fast-paced operation where teamwork, reliability and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do.   We are currently looking for a Stock Controller to join our team and support the effective management of inventory, purchasing and supply coordination across site. If you enjoy variety in your day, have strong attention to detail and enjoy being the person who keeps things organised and running efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.   About the role As the Stock Controller, you will play an important role in ensuring stock availability, procurement coordination and inventory accuracy to support operational success.   Your responsibilities will include: Raising and processing purchase orders Managing inventory levels and maintaining stock accuracy Monitoring stock movements and coordinating replenishment Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Tracking orders and resolving supply issues where required Conducting inventory reconciliations and cycle counts Maintaining purchasing and inventory records in internal systems Supporting cost control and purchasing efficiencies Building strong relationships with site stakeholders and suppliers   About you To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in inventory, purchasing, procurement, stores or supply chain administration Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel) Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience within manufacturing, maintenance or industrial environments will be highly regarded   Why join JBS?
