We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage jewelry inventory. You will track stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure accurate records. Must be proficient in Excel, good with numbers, and a problem solver.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience (2 years minimum) in stock control (jewelry or retail preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) – VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Experience:

• Jewelry Stock Controller / stock management: 2 years (Preferred)
• working with Excel: 5 years (Preferred)

• Maintain accurate stock records using Excel and inventory software.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering.
• Inspect and log incoming/outgoing jewelry items.
• Ensure secure storage and report any losses/damages.
